Responsibilities to include:  Complete oversight of all real estate property management functions such as managing the day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations, extensive staff supervision, creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans, resident relations, budget preparation and financial reporting, and monitoring federal regulated compliance programs. 

 

Qualifications: superb customer service skills; highly motivated service-oriented self starter; skilled in financial management; superior written and oral communication skills; excellent computer skills including Excel and Property Management Accounting Software.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis; strong supervisory skills with the ability to provide leadership, staff development, and provide motivation to a team of diverse skill sets.  Proven experience with the administration and management of a multi-site portfolio.
