Resident Manager
Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
•Strong supervisory skills.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Facilities/operations experience with solid knowledge of building systems.
•Must have prior experience working with sophisticated heating and cooling systems.
•Highly motivated service-oriented self starter.
•Skilled in financial management.
•Superb written and oral communication skills.
•Luxury high rise experience a plus.
•Residential engineering background strongly preferred.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must live on-site with applicable on-call responsibilities.
