Welcome to the Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Our mission is to educate, certify and promote its members' professional competence and commitment to ethical practices. IREM® is an international, non-profit, organization for real estate management professionals. IREM® bestows three prestigious designations: Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) to individual real estate managers; and Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) to real estate firms.
